Top Maintenance Honors go to...
Capano Managment entered some of our Maintenance Team Members in the Delaware Apartment Association Maintenance Mania Competition. On April 12, there were Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians throughout Delaware competing at Clayton Hall in Newark. Everyone was pumped up and ready to compete in the DAA's 3rd Maintenance Mania Event. It was a great day had by all!
A Special Congratulations to our CAPANO MANAGEMENT MAINTENANCE TEAM!!!

Top Maintenance in the district!
On 3/25/10, members of the Capano Maintenance Staff competed in the Delaware Apartment Association Maintenance Mania in 8 categories. Ernie from Apple Chase took the competition by storm and won in 5 of the 8 categories. Ernie will now compete for the title of 2010 National Champion during the National Apartment Association's Education Conference & Expo in New Orleans. Congratulations Ernie!
