The Reserve at Westown Opens Its Doors

Middletown, DE, March 6, 2020 – A ribbon cutting ceremony marked the opening of a 264-apartment luxury community in Middletown, Delaware. Louis Capano III (Capano Residential CEO), Mayor of Middletown Kenneth Branner, and members of the community were in attendance.
